Poor Quality
I purchased this backpack for my son for school. Within the first year, the outside material began to rip, and the pockets inside started to tear as well. Along with their reputation for quality, I have also had a great experience with the Dakine ski gloves that I have owned for several years; therefore, I did not hesitate when buying the 365 backpack. Despite a one-year product warranty, Dakine will not stand behind its products. After filing a claim, Dakine responds, stating they will work towards a resolution in 3-4 weeks. 3 months later, Customer Service continues to give excuses. If Dakine is this backed up on warranties, just think how many people are filing claims on their poor quality products.
