Dakine's update on Shipping Information
At this time our online store remains fully operational. You may experience delays in shipping regarding the California Safe at Home Mandate. Our customer service teams are available to answer any questions via email and phone. As of now, warranty claims are still being accepted. General Shipping Information
We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Please keep in mind that we get backlogged during peak holidays / seasons and it could take longer. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us by phone (1-573-303-3100) or email email@example.com.

If there are any issues with the delivery of an order, such as non-delivery or damage to products, Dakine.com must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date or we will be unable to assist with replacement or refund. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP.
After an order is shipped, Dakine cannot change the ship address with carrier. Please double check address before submitting an order!
After an order is shipped, cannot schedule a return to sender. Please proceed with a return.

- Shipments can take 2 business days for delivery.
- Orders shipped on Friday will have a Tuesday delivery.
- Orders have to be submitted before 10am PST to ship same day.
Freight Forwarders: Dakine does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances. Dakine ships via UPS and currently does not offer delivery services to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Oversize Items: Luggage, Ski/Snowboard Roller Bags, Large Boot Carry Bags, Surfboard Bags, Pickup Pads, & Bike Roller Bag.
Dakine and its carriers will not be shipping or delivering on:
