If your Dakine bag gets dirty, we recommend hand washing with mild soap (like Nikwax Tech Wash), cold water and a soft bristle brush. If hand washing is not going to do the trick, use a front loader washing machine. To ensure your backpack doesn't get tangled, place inside a pillowcase or mesh bag before washing. Always use cold water, mild soap and run on a gentle cycle. Never bleach your pack. Hang to dry in a warm but shady place, ensuring both inside and out are dry before storing.

Fabulous accessory

The pockets are deep and hold much as well as the inside snap that holds the two pockets together. I really like the material and the expandable handle.

Love this bag

Great kit bag for urban sketching!

I came across this bag in a boutique while on vacation and immediately loved the configuration of pockets! It's perfect to hold all the gear I bring along while urban sketching or while hiking and sketching landscapes. My sketchbook and pens, a small watercolor tin and water brushes, etc. all fit great with room left over for my wallet and keys and phone. The bag I got is also made from the Cordura (?) fabric, which I think will wear well and be easy to clean, which is important since I plan on taking this bag on many adventures!

Best purse ever

Lightweight and the perfect size. This is my second one. The straps are perfect for crossbody or over one shoulder. Enough pockets to keep everything in order. Love it!

My Dakine Jordy Crossbody is my favorite purse!!!

I am pleasantly surprised with my Jordy Crossbody Bag! I love the style and I love the color of the inside of my purse(a soothing shade of green!). I love the price that I paid for such a practical bag! The size is perfect to hold my keys, my wallet, my personal mini fan, mask! And they don’t bunk up and loose the shape of the bag. Having many pockets to place my personal belongings is the best! I am surprised that the strap wasn’t as wide as my Jo Jo Crossbody but it’s fine! All in all, I love my Jordy Crossbody Bag.

What are the differences between the Jordy and the jo jo bag?

Hi Margaret, The Jordy Bag includes dual zippered compartment(s) and a main compartment with a magnet closure- a hidden exterior zippered pocket and a PADDED zippered tablet pocket. -The Jo Jo bag doesn't have the padded tablet pocket, but still can accommodate and fit MOST tablets. The bag includes a zippered main compartment and exterior pocket. Dimension- wise: - The Jordy Crossbody strap extends from 27.5 to 54" - The Jo Jo Crossbody strap extends from 28-55". Cheers!

It has multiple pockets and can hold quite a bit. Based on the dimensions, my estimation is that the volume is somewhere around 4-5 liters.
