Perfect fit

These fit perfect on my Rola rack, and look great too!

Not wide enough

Too small for the Elevate Rack System's crossbars. The crossbars have a circumference of 9 and 1/4 in. The pads are advertised as adequate for a circumference of 9 and 1/2 in. So If really stretched around the bar I can get about 1/4 inch of velcro to fasten. That's not enough to be confident that they'll stay on.
