Poor Quality

I purchased this backpack for my son for school. Within the first year, the outside material began to rip, and the pockets inside started to tear as well. Along with their reputation for quality, I have also had a great experience with the Dakine ski gloves that I have owned for several years; therefore, I did not hesitate when buying the 365 backpack. Despite a one-year product warranty, Dakine will not stand behind its products. After filing a claim, Dakine responds, stating they will work towards a resolution in 3-4 weeks. 3 months later, Customer Service continues to give excuses. If Dakine is this backed up on warranties, just think how many people are filing claims on their poor quality products.

Cheap compared to expected

I have been using dakine bags for years and both myself and my family were shocked at the quality of the bag. The fabric was thin and feels almost like paper. I love love dakine bags so this was a big shock to me.

Nice size! I gave it four stars because the material isn’t as soft or good as the previous backpacks of this version. Overall great backpack though.

Bought this for our 8 year old son in camo… Nice that’s there’s just two compartments, so he doesn’t “lose stuff” inside of it. Might be a bit on the smaller side for an adult, but still fits a MacBook Pro. Our family has 4 pieces of Dakine luggage, 4 or 5 backpacks… all have been awesome and held up great! Dakine even replaced a 10 year old bag of mine for a liner separation… after 10 years!!! That’s good service and worth the price.

Great durability!

Purchased this backpack as an update for my daughters original purchased 5 years ago. Original back pack was used daily as school backpack and it is still in great condition. Definitely well worth the purchase.

Great size!

Terrific sized backpack for my 9 year old daughter! Quality seems great as well. I only wish there were water bottle netting on either one side or both sides.
