How do you actually convert it to the hip pack? The strap is too long when I tightened it to smallest size... so I must be missing something obvious?
Hello! This bag does not convert to a hip pack. I apologize that the Instagram photo on the product page was misleading. That photo features our classic hip pack as well as the field bag. Feel free to return or exchange this item if that was your intended use.
How does this convert to a hip pack ? It states here in the description on your website that it converts to a hip pack ? Thank you
You remove the crossbody shoulder strap and basically convert it into a belt with one of the hooks and then you can clip the bag by it’s little webbing loop onto the second hook. I've sent a few photos from store@dakine.com to help illustrate. If you have further questions, please reply to that thread.
