Mine Also Broke

As many reviews state, durability seems to be a huge issue with the collar / ball that holds the bits in place easily breaking. Once this happens the driver is basically useless. That said, I was able able to contact Dakine via email and after a several week wait they got back to me with a store credit to buy a new one, which I guess I will. I'll probably look for a way to reinforce the lock collar this time.

don't loose the ball

works great until you loose the small boll that retains the bits in place - once that is gone, you can trash the tool as it is worthless... dakine customer support is unresponsive. won't buy again...

Quick and easy!

Great tool to have in the backpack! Makes it really nice and easy to make wick adjustments on any equipment in the go

Missing

I received it but it was missing the end that screws on and all the tools inside. I have messaged Dakine and still have not heard anything!! Worst customer service ever.

Missing half the tool

Whenever I open up the box to see the tool, it was missing the endcap and all of the tools that are held inside of it. I’ve sent in the information to customer service, but not heard anything back from them yet. I have always had good luck with customer service, but not this time. I have bought this product in the past and it works great. That’s why I was getting another.

Follow the Bouncing Ball

The second time I used this Torque driver a little small metal ball which keeps the driver bit in place fell out and had to be searched for. I put it back in but it fell out again shortly after.

Where is the tape measure? Or is this a typo? Can’t see it in any photos. And just bought one of these and can’t find the tape measure. Not sure if I have a fake or some sort.
