Perfect tool bag for Enduro Riding
So I was looking around for a tool/water bag for Woods riding and single track dirt bike riding but there isn’t much out there especially bags that were quality but also looked good. So being a snowboarder I am loyal to DAKINE and I found this bag and I have certainly beat the crap out of it so far. It’s a good tool bag so I can carry my tire changing tools and it’s already been covered in mud multiple times and pressure washed multiple times. So far it’s great, maybe make a Enduro Moto line bc right now Klim rules the market it seems.
:ok_hand:
Best biking pack I've ever had. Air flow .lots of storage for the size . It's like wearing nothing at all... Flanders.
Too big and too stiff
I really wanted to like this bag because I love how Dakine distributed the organization (water on the bottom and stuff on the top), but the frame digs into me and is generally too long. I wish they made a smaller version of this bag for people with short torsos.
The ultimate bike pack
I was on the hunt for a pack, having loved my Camelbak for ten years. I bought four packs in the summer of 2019 before finding this one. I’ve used it on some short rides in my hometown and some epic mountain rides. It’s the pack I was looking for, and so worth the wait. It carries a lot of water, ample first aid supplies, repair supplies, and a hearty lunch. Best pack ever.
Backpack is great for day
Backpack is great for day trips, arched back keeps you from sweating under the pack. The one complaint is the water bladder is near impossible to hook into to the bag when full. It would help if the anchor mechanism at the top of the bladder compartment had a longer attachment, or used elastic to provide a little more give when attaching the bladder.
Love this Bag!
The heat the past couple summers has been unbearable, the extra Half a Liter from my previous bag is a huge plus. I love the integration of the Dakine Impact system, and the mesh on the back is so awesome!
Almost perfect but with a fatal flaw.
I love almost everything about this backpack. The size, pockets, hydration and other details are well thought out. Unfortunately the frame digs into my back just above the hips. This renders the backpack unwearable as its extremely uncomfortable. I get they were going for an ergonomic fit with little padding to improve airflow but it didn't work in this case. Hopefully they can improve the design but for now I will have to look at other options.
