It is exactly what I was looking for. Light weight, several pockets, waterproof. My last backpack was heavy, had no pockets, and wasn't waterproof.

Hello, I had an identical backpack for years and I LOVE it so I purchased a new one with a new design. However, the material is completely different than my old one and seems much cheaper. The functionality of this bag is awesome but I was disappointed in the material used versus my old one. I was expecting the same material.

It has all the pockets to organize all the things. I take it on day hikes & concerts & all my travels. It is as essential to me as my own left leg

Nifty Little Bag
I've had mine for many years now, and it's served me well. However, I'm only giving three stars because boy oh mighty those straps are uncomfortable to wear for a full day.
Love these little backpacks
I purchased my last one several years ago and same with the one before that. The only reason I replace them is because the liner inside starts to break up, however this new one I just received has no liner so I will probably have this one till I die. They’re like a Mary poppins bottomless bag, fits all kinds of things and yet is small, comfortable to put on your back when walking around. Thank you Dakine
Dakine Cosmos
I finally replaced my old Cosmos after about 20 years. It was black and the color had faded and had one tiny hole. The new version is slightly smaller, and the material is not as good; a bit thinner and stiffer. It may soften with time. I still like the size and convenience; pocket for phone and several small zippered inner pockets for safety. I use it for short hikes (holds a water bottle) and instead of a purse when I want my hands free.

Is it wide enough near the top to where it could fit a MacBook Air?
I purchased the DISCOSAMBA COSMO BACKPACK and the Larger Medium Size Backpack both yours of course when I was in Kauai and the Big Island a few years ago from Honoloa Surf Company. I live in California and at least 5 times a week someone compliments me on those backpacks that they love the color and the fabric. I even called customer service for Honoloa Surf Company and it says on their facebook site that they will be getting these products and the luggage collection back in their stores this summer but they are still not online. I don't see these backpacks or luggage anywhere online and everywhere is out of stock and the pattern is not on your website. Please bring back this fabric and all of the associated products in this fabric color. I could refer everyone multiple times a week to your company for customers to purchase these items. It is one of the most beautiful designs I have ever seen and many others who constantly comment to me. Please advise if you are bringing it back. Thank
